HOUSTON, Miss. — The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving an ambulance in Chickasaw County.
Authorities say the victim of Monday’s wreck is 16-year-old Lamarcus King.
Mississippi Highway Patrolman Sgt. H.L. Kitchens said King and his mother, 42-year-old Mattie Bank, were hit by a Calhoun County ambulance at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 15 and County Road 405 near Houston.
