MARSHALL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An early morning crash in Marshall Township involving an ambulance and an automobile killed two people and sent three others to emergency rooms.
According to Allegheny County Coroner and County Police investigators, an ambulance and a sedan collided at 2:21 a.m. at the intersection of Perry Highway and Brush Creek Road in Marshall, near the Thornhill Industrial Park entrance and below the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass.
Two men died at the scene, according to the coroner’s office. Their names and further details are not being released, pending notification of relatives. Part of the roadways remained closed late this morning.
