CLEVELAND, Ohio — Beth Gangidine believed her son was about to die right in front of her eyes, yet the dispatcher she called for help couldn’t provide any.
The Cleveland mother called 911 April 15 when her 21-year-old, special needs son grabbed his throat and indicated he couldn’t breathe.
Gangidine claims the dispatcher told her that no ambulances were available and that she would call back in 20 minutes to check on him.
