VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Working for the Navy won’t stop Sebastien Langevin from volunteering with EMS.
Langevin , like many members of the Virginia Beach Emergency Medical Services volunteer rescue squads, is willing to donate a minimum of 48 hours a month to helping others.
“This experience will make sure I don’t get lazy,” he said. “If I just wake up, go to work and go back to bed, well, that can make you lazy. This is a definite change of pace.”
