Mark L. Lee was suffering a seizure from his inoperable brain tumor when Rochester police “maliciously and wantonly” used their Tasers on him, likely killing him, according to grieving family members, one eye witness and a Rochester attorney.
Lee, 30, died at Rochester General Hospital on Friday after he was taken into police custody.
