WHATELY, Mass. — Three EMS providers, a patient and a patient aide were seriously injured Wednesday in an ambulance rollover crash.
Daily Hampshire Gazette reported that a 20-year-old EMS provider was driving the ambulance when she went “slightly into the median,” according to Massachusetts State Police Lt. Tom Ryan.
Lt. Ryan said the EMS provider then overcorrected and the ambulance rolled over.
All five people inside of the ambulance were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
