Continuous positive airway pressure comes to Hall Ambulance
The latest piece of lifesaving equipment used by paramedics for Hall Ambulance is the continuous positive airway pressure device, or CPAP, which has been used in hospitals for years on people with critical breathing problems. Now paramedics can use this technology before the patient needs an endotracheal intubation.
