3 seriously injured after stabbing spree in high-rise
The stabbing victims were said to be in serious condition; one patient was airlifted after suffering a stab wound in the chest and abdomen
SPRINGDALE, Pa. — Police have one man in custody following a stabbing at a Springdale high-rise that sent three people to the hospital Friday evening.
Authorities were called to the Springdale Manor, a high rise in the 500-block of Pittsburgh Avenue around 7:30 p.m. The complex is an eight-story high rise.
According to the Springdale police chief, three people from the high rise were taken to the hospital for injuries consistent with puncture wounds. Authorities haven’t said what events led up to the three people being injured, but do have a person of interest that they’re speaking with.
