Hundreds of mourners, from first responders to victims, gathered on the first anniversary of the deadly Minnesota bridge collapse. The bridge collapsed on the Mississippi River just past 6 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2007. A massive search-and-rescue effort was launched, pullng together responders from different areas.
