Job Description |
|
In this position, you would be responsible for the day to day leadership of the ePCR deployment team. This would include driving consistency and productivity, establishing and implementing processes, procedures, documentation, and monitoring programs to provide for efficiencies in the overall deployment process.
Some specific responsibilities in this role would include :
•Responsible for day to day functions and for driving efficiency and consistency in the way we perform implementations.
•Formal Supervisory responsibility for the ePCR Deployment Team including Hire/Fire authority and Performance Management.
•Ensuring all requirements are met for deployment close-out and that clients are ready to be formally handed off to technical support.
•Working closely with the Director of Deployment to coordinate department-wide efforts related to implementation and training.
•Attending product meetings on behalf of the team and driving improvements to the product and process based on team feedback.
•Shadowing and observing deployments performed by new and incumbent Deployment Specialists to ensure that all programs are carried out consistently.
•New release coordination to include developing documentation to prepare the team for new releases.
•Ensuring the team is receiving the necessary training and updates needed to complete successful implementations.
•Travel anticipated to be approximately 25%.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional leadership and team building talents and experiences, have an untiring work ethic and posses uncommon organizational, communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the EMS and Fire industry, as well as RescueNet products, is strongly preferred but not required.

| This person will need to work out of our Broomfield, CO office. We will offer relocation assistance to qualified out of state candidates.
