Job Description |
NorthStar EMS a large private ambulance provider in the greater Houston metropolitan area is seeking a quality individual to manage our clinical department. Our company is an advanced level provider, and most units are staffed at the Paramedic level and at the CCT level with CCEMT-P personnel.
We seek a self-starter, with excellent clinical skills and ability and credentials to include instructor certification in ACLS, ITLS, PALS, PEPP, and GEMS, and we also prefer TDSHS certified instructor/examiner/coordinator. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience managing a busy clinical department. In addition, we are currently our own in house Paramedic class. The clinical director would also have responsibility for managing this class and its instructors.
This is an exciting time with our organization, as we are undergoing a huge expansion in the Houston Texas area. We currently staff 20 ambulances, two paramedic response vehicles and a litany of other wheelchair transport vehicles.
