MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Video shows the aftermath of a narrow escape from a SC fire.
The Saturday afternoon fire, which started as a brush fire destroyed or damaged more than 100 homes and left nearly 200 people homeless, according to WBTW.
The video comes from a woman named Terri W. who had recently moved to the area. The older woman, whose voice can be heard, apparently was rescued by a firefighter and thrust into Terri's arms and was told to drive out as fast as they could.
Terri says she and the woman were lucky to make it out alive.
