LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Ky. man has been charged with Criminal Mischief and Indecent Exposure after he inappropriately acted towards a female medic inside an ambulance.

Joshua Warren was being taken to the hospital for treatment when he was able to take off his restraints. He proceeded to expose himself to the medic and urinate on the ambulance, according to a police report.

Warren was already under arrest when the incident occurred.

Don Talenti Don Talenti Thursday, February 21, 2013 5:34:28 PM Oh horse crap. First, if he's crazy enough to be in restraints, he's not with it enough to have an idea of decent or indecent. Second, that medic would watch him stripped naked in the ER without the slightest qualm, so the "indecent exposure" charge is a farce. Do they charge drunk or crazy females for the same behavior with male medics? Nope.
