Getting Safely to the Scene

Um ... Did you forget your PPE?

''A zero tolerance policy regarding wearing appropriate protective gear at Hazmat scenes. Never again do I want to see a picture like the one that appeared in the paper last week.''

EMS1 Forums Post of the Week
"I frequently hear management level personnel at different agencies complain of turnover rates and retention problems. That in turn sparked a crazed overt response of the "are you serious" brain cell. I often wonder why management is so clueless when it comes to common sense issues like retention and morale. Benefits and wage are only half of your battle as a service director/administrator. Some of your largest issues are rooted in company morale."
