The rising price of fuel is causing a crunch in the budgets of several businesses, especially some local EMS agencies.

I volunteer in an area that uses air transport at least once a week, sometimes more. I have to sit back and hear helos being called for patients who could have been in the hospital before the helicopter reached the ground.
"The programs I have thought about applying to for admission don't have [CoAEMSP and/or CAAHEP] credentials. It's a shame (and a sham) that "medic mills" do exist.
