The ''Grey'' Area of Trauma Care

An air medical team is called to the scene of a rollover motor vehicle crash along a rural highway 32 nautical miles away. Ground personnel on scene report that the patient is an unrestrained passenger who was ejected from the vehicle. He is awake, complaining of chest and abdominal pain, and experiencing moderate dyspnea. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Full Column
