Conn. EMT says he touched woman sexually
An arrest warrant for a Connecticut paramedic accused of raping an unconscious woman inside an ambulance says he admitted to police that he touched her inappropriately. Mark Powell, of North Haven, was arrested last week on charges of first-degree sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
