NY hospital reopens after 'devastating' Sandy damage

After suffering "devastating damage" from Superstorm Sandy, Bellevue Hospital in New York City is among others that are reopening. The hospital has not made a full recovery, only restarting its nonemergency walk-in services, but expect full services by February.
