SAFECOM is a communications program of the Department of Homeland Security's Office for Interoperability and Compatibility (OIC.) For more information on the ERC or the Plain Language White Paper, contact NASEMSO Program Advisor, Kevin McGinnis at mcginnis@nasemso.org.
