Aron Sperling Aron Sperling Tuesday, November 26, 2013 5:35:18 PM I hold deep condolences for your fallen colleague as the same almost happened to me after surgery from an injury as a Toronto Paramedic and being rushed back to the OR and ICU due to a complication from surgery which was life threatening and traumatic. I thought it could never happen to me, that is why I am very taken by this loss, it can and did happen and it is a sacrifice equal to that of any one in the line of duty. I hope there is comfort for family and friends knowing he made a positive difference, but loss is always hard. Respectfully Aron Sperling
