EMS Week Coverage 2008

ACEP's 35th National EMS Week, May 18 – 24, is a time for medical providers and local community members to come together and celebrate and honor those who administer crucial prehospital care to patients out in the field.

To celebrate prehospital providers from across the nation, EMS1 will bring you exclusive coverage every day this week on a number of current issues, centered around the theme, "EMS: Your Life is our Mission."

Excellence in EMS Award winner on mission to recharge EMS

With more than 15 years of experience working on an ambulance and teaching students, paramedic instructor Kelly Buddenhagen is motivated by one simple objective: serving the public.
