"I contacted you several months ago (in a panic) when we found out that Ford had moved the gear shift from the column to the center console. You informed me that you would have a prototype within a week or two and would let me know when it was available.
True to your word, within a month I received a email with the product literature. Just wanted to let you know that I ordered, received and have now installed the console. IT WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT!!! The radio installer said your console worked out perfect. No shifting, bending or re-drilling holes, it just fit.
I haven't talked to anyone yet that has seen this vehicle since it was put into service last week, that hasn't commented on how well it turned out. Just thought I would let you know and say "Job Well Done".
