LUFKIN, Texas — A Lufkin woman injured in a car collision with an ambulance in October has filed suit against the city of Lufkin.

The suit, filed by Lynn Douglas Nov. 13, alleged that a Lufkin EMS hit her vehicle after running a stop sign at the intersection of Everett and Paul streets Oct. 8.

Attempts to reach Lufkin City Attorney Bob Flournoy for comment Friday were unsuccessful.
