Bio Shield Launches New Antimicrobial Technology: Anasphere

Bio Shield Technologies, a pioneer in antimicrobial technology use for the emergency vehicle Industry, has launched a new antimicrobial technology—ANASPHERE. Anasphere is the biggest breakthrough in hygiene technology. Anasphere kills resistant and difficult organisms such as MRSA, VRE, and a multitude of bacteria and viruses. Anasphere's force literally pulls the microbes apart ripping them open and utterly destroying them. Microbes are tiny; rather than using only a chemical action Anasphere uses surface tension; a mechanical force that effects tiny things in a big way!

Once Anasphere is applied, the polymer, the backbone of the product, disinfects the surface and provides a microscopic barrier where bacteria and viruses cannot attach to the surface of the object-thus reducing the chances for cross contamination or transmission of disease.

In addition to meeting the CDC guidelines for Swine Influenza, Anasphere is EPA registered to kill the following viruses:

  • MRSA
  • Avian Influenza A H5N1 Virus
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hepatitis C
  • HIV-1 Virus
  • Listeria Monocytogenes
  • Staphylococcus Aureus

About Bio Shield Technologies:
When Cleanliness Counts, Count on Us Cleanliness is important for any industry, but for the EMS (Emergency Medical Services) industry, it’s essential. At Bio Shield Technologies, we help companies protect their employees, patients, and customers from potentially harmful bacteria with a full suite of antimicrobial and personal protection products.

Inside an emergency vehicle, hospital, or health care facility, thousands of surfaces can potentially become contaminated by bacteria, mold, and fungi during the course of an ordinary workday. Our revolutionary antimicrobial protected coatings are applied to these surfaces to preserve hygiene and help ensure the longevity of expensive equipment.
