The Mercy Group Becomes NinthBrain

Grand Rapids, MI – The Mercy Group, an LLC formed in 2001, is now Ninth Brain. The Mercy Group developed a web based interactive management tool, Virtual SolutionsManager (VSM).  This program provides assistance in managing a variety of regulatory and compliance issues, offering a QI Incident Tracker and delivering online mandatory and continuing education.  After six years of successful marketing to the EMS/Fire/Helicopter Industry, Ninth Brain is looking to expand into other markets.

Scott Brady, Ninth Brain’s President/CEO, says the name change reflects the company’s new direction. “Ninth Brain’s software, in essence, brings you multiple brains to store critical data, taking it off your mind and putting it into ours.”  In addition to data management the software actually helps organizations get their arms around regulatory/compliance issues in one easy to manage program.

For the past 6 years, hundreds of the nation’s best and brightest EMS/Fire/Helicopter organizations have relied on VSM to improve communications, increase efficiencies, manage data and reduce cost.  As The Mercy Group transitions to Ninth Brain the company is pleased to announce a totally new version, Ninth Brain Suite (NBS).  Ninth Brain Suite is slated for release in early 2008.
