HealthWare Solutions Announces 2008 User's Group Meeting to be held at EMS Today
BALTIMORE, MD - HealthWare Solutions is pleased to announce our 2008 User's Group Meeting to be held during the 2008 EMS Today show in Baltimore, Maryland this March. The meeting will be held on Thursday March 27th at the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore, 20 W Baltimore Street (410-539-5421). The User's Group will be held from 9am to 4pm and a lunch will be provided.
From 9am to noon, we will be covering the following areas:
- EMS Solution Administration & User Tips & Tricks
- New features for EMS Solution 5.9 due out Februrary
- Reporting Services
- Billing Enhancements (CMS Rules)
- Wasted Narcotics
- PCR Deletion Tools
After lunch (provided by HealthWare), from 1pm to 4pm, we will be covering:
- User Panel for Best Practices
- New & Improved Online User Forums
- Future WebEx Trainings
- Customer Feedback and Suggestions
- Customer Question & Answers
We hope you will be able to attend the 2008 User's Group Meeting. There is no cost to customers current with Support & Maintenance. Cost to customers without current Support & Maintenance is $250 per person.
