MagneGrip™ Installs New, More Efficient Suction Rail
MagneGrip™ Exhaust Extraction Systems is now installing a new, nine-inch suction rail for its Vertical Stack Rail (VSR) systems. VSR systems capture and remove exhaust emissions in firehouses where apparatus are equipped with vertical stack exhausts.
The new rail’s nine-inch diameter provides greater airflow capacity than the industry standard eight-inch rail. This larger size allows for more exhaust-capture velocity, which is particularly beneficial with the higher horsepower engines in newer apparatus.
The new VSR aluminum rail is extruded as a single unit in 10-foot sections and the sections connect with near-seamless, airtight construction.
