GEELONG, Australia — Litte Nelly Rose Garnett was a baby in a hurry. But she was also in good hands when she decided to arrive in the bathroom of her parents' Jan Juc home.

Paramedics Jack and Lucinda Garnett relied on their skills and years of ambulance service experience to deliver their second child after it became apparent they would not get to the hospital in time.

Nelly came into the world with one little cry, weighing 3.96kg, at 7.01am last Tuesday, five days early and only 106 minutes after Mrs Garnett went into labour.
