Graham Medical Introduces First-Ever ComfortOne™ Disposable Wheelchair Pad Cover
New-to-the-market product offers economical and comfortable solution for long-term care facilities and their residents
GREEN BAY, WI – Graham Medical, a leading marketer and manufacturer of single-use medical products, introduces the ComfortOne™ Disposable Wheelchair Pad Cover. The new-to-the-market product offers long-term care facilities a great cost- and time-effective alternative to stocking and laundering expensive reusable covers. The ComfortOne™ Cover also provides convenience while helping to improve infection control.
The ComfortOne™ Cover secures tightly to the pad and the wheelchair. The fluidresistant, non-woven material provides protection for the pressure reduction pad. Measuring 22 inches wide by 23 inches in depth, its sewn elastic ends offer a universal, secure fit on all standard wheelchair pads. The ComfortOne™ Cover holds pads up to 19 inches wide by 19 inches long by 4 inches thick.
The cover is extremely soft and comfortable while the material prevents shear and friction, and also avoids interfering with the effectiveness of the cushion function. This product is an innovative solution for nursing homes, hospices and home-health care.

The ComfortOne™ Cover is economical with an MSRP of a little more than one dollar per cover; reusable covers typically run $30 to $70 each.
