HealthEMS® Electronic EMS System to be at 2006 AAA Convention and Trade Show

The HealthEMS® Flex POC Choices field data collection system will be exhibited at the upcoming 2006 American Ambulance Association (AAA) Convention and Trade Show, October 5-6, in Orlando. HealthEMS® offers multiple data collection methodology choices for customers at POC (point-of-care). The solution allows the EMS agency to collect data with any mix of mobile devices, Desktop PC data entry, or intelligent scannable documents. With HealthEMS® Flex POC Choices EMS providers will be able to choose one or any combination of HealthEMS® web-enableddata collection methods for one, single monthly subscription fee.
The industry-leading HealthEMS® ePCR (electronic Patient Care Report) is the foundation of the HealthEMS® Flex POC electronic field data collection system. The HealthEMS® ePCR is the key element in supporting increased compliance with NEMSIS and the 400 data fields specific to the NHTSA 2.2.1 dataset. Combined with import and export functionality, the HealthEMS® ePCR supported ScanHealth being one of three vendors selected nationally to achieve “Gold” status with NEMSIS transmissions.
