ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Albuquerque woman is accused of cheating on a state exam and also of getting the 40 page paramedic test booklet from her instructor.

Paramedics in training must train for nine months and then pass the state exam.

"It's inappropriate to have any test questions within the process as a student from an instructor, that's inappropriate, we will deal with it and take the appropriate action," said Chief Robert Ortega of Albuquerque's Fire Department.
