POMPANO BEACH, Fla. ― A used ambulance recently purchased by a Pompano Beach company had scattered inside a container filled with used syringes, used rubber gloves and other used medical equipment. It was bought from the Riviera Beach Fire Department through an Internet company that later refunded his money.

Steve Siegel bought the used ambulance for a marketing tool for his medical company.

"Anyone in medicine knows there's state and federal laws about the disposal of syringes governing this," Siegel told CBS4 Carey Codd.
