Job Description |
| Provide supervision of department functions and system status control compliance operations. Supervise contractual compliance (for various contracts and obligations).Supervise crews and unit actions. Ensure crews have completed station duties and other daily duties prior to allowing leisure time activities/code7. Maintain computer system and network. Monitor phones for improper usage. Responsible and accountable for the daily implementation of the system status plan/unit utilization. Receive and dispatch requests for emergency and non-emergency patient transports to Emergency Medical Technicians, Transport Nurses, and other staff. Receive business phone calls, take messages, and ensure messages are properly routed, heavy filing and time keeping. Lifting. Ensure operations manager and DOO are advised of all calls we either have no unit to respond to, we will be late on, or we have turned down. Attempt all possible avenues to ensure the best possible service is achieved. Responsible for smooth daily operation. Fill shifts accordance to the Director of operations

Job Requirements

- Age 18
- Education high school diploma
- Experience 5 years experience in EMs Field
- Additional Requirement :
Current EMT and CPR
