Innovative Rescue Solutions has brought together a diverse and unique team to bring products that save lives and time, enhancing efficiency of those fortunate enough to be called rescuers. Founded in 2010 by a group of experienced EMS professionals, Innovative Rescue Solutions is bringing new innovations to the EMS, Fire and Police markets. Over the last year we have developed a talented and skilled group of experts to evaluate and develop new products and a highly experienced sales staff across the United States to deliver these products to our customers.
Along with our new products, we are also able to provide over 21,000 different durable and disposable products, hospital grade cleaning supplies and other healthcare equipment to fulfill all of our customers' needs.
Innovative Rescue Solutions currently has a sales force that reaches over 16 states, and we are continuing to grow. We are seeking additional ambitious Independent Sales Representatives who will promote and sell our exceptional product line to grow our market share.
As an Innovative Rescue Solutions representative, you will play an integral role in the EMS world by working closely with EMS, Fire and Law Enforcement professionals. Your responsibility will be to ensure their total satisfaction with our complete line of products. Additional Information

Now that you have information about us, here is what we are looking for out of you:
• A great work ethic and strong public relations skills are mandatory.
• A documented record of sales is preferred but not required.
• You must be committed to investing your time and energy to develop the knowledge and relationships necessary to succeed in this industry which will be rewarded with an outstanding income.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
• 3 years outside sales or teaching experience
• EMS Experience of at least three years. Flight experience is a plus.

- Education EMS, Fire Fighter, or Law Enforcement certification
- Experience we are interested in 3 years or more experience
