WEWOKA, Okla. — A three-car collision that included an ambulance at the intersection of U.S. Highway 270 and the U.S. 270 business route near Wewoka has left a Seminole woman dead.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 61-year-old Betty Lozer died at a Seminole hospital following the crash just before 8 Sunday night.

Troopers say Lozer was westbound on the U.S. 270 business route when a car on U.S. 270 ran a stop sign and hit Lozer's car in the driver's side. Lozer's car then spun into eastbound traffic and was hit by the ambulance.

Two people in the ambulance were treated and released while two people in the other car were not injured.
