The paramedics sustained bruises from the accident
TULSA, Okla. — A man was taken to an area hospital after he rear-ended an ambulance late Wednesday.
Anthony Hernandez, 23, sustained a broken leg and other injuries after a wreck with an EMSA ambulance about 10:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of East 11th Street, Officer Leland Ashley said.
Hernandez, who was cited for going too fast for conditions and not having a driver's license, was transported to St. John Medical Center for treatment, police said.
EMSA medics were treated at the scene for minor injuries, Ashley said.
