Pridestar EMS acquires Health Tech ambulance Service

LOWELL — Pridestar EMS has acquired Health Tech Ambulance Service, an Andover-based medical transportation company. Pridestar EMS — which began operations as a full-service medical transportation service in 2006 — is based in Lowell with locations in Nashua, N.H. and now in Andover.
