Maine man transported by LifeFlight after head-on crash

4 were injured, both vehicles were destroyed in crash; impact compressed their front ends about 3 feet

PALMYRA, Maine — A Newport man was seriously injured after his van collided head-on with a pickup truck on Warren Hill Road on Sunday.

Roger Greenlaw, 51, was flown by LifeFlight helicopter to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Deputy Jeremy Leal, with the Somerset County Sheriff's Office, said at the scene.
