Daniel J. McGuire, FAAETS, BCETS, CATSM, has been in emergency services for more than 25 years and comes with an extensive background in comprehensive training and consultation programs that specialize in Line-of-Duty Death programs. Daniel is a past chief of 4 years, EMT-Intermediate for 17 years, an instructor of LODD Pre-planning at the N.Y. State Academy of Fire Sciences, a member of the N.Y. State Association of Fire Chiefs, and is president and senior consultant of CISM Perspectives, Inc., a nationally known and respected training and consulting practice in Rochester, NY.
Daniel is a Fellow, a Regional Training Coordinator and a member of the Professional Advisory Board of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and a long-time member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation.
